Measurements
Measurements
- Measuring your wall for wallpaper installation is crucial.
- Taking the time to measure your wall before wallpaper installation is an essential step that contributes to a successful and visually pleasing outcome. It enables you to plan effectively and achieve a professional-looking finish that enhances the beauty of your space.
- Accurate measurements allow you to determine the quantity of wallpaper you need to purchase.
- Please measure the width and the height of your wall twice to make sure you have the correct measurements, always add an additional 2.5cm to the top, bottom and both sides of your wall.
- Walls are not exactly straight, rather have excess wallpaper to trim than run short and end up with unsightly wall show through.
- Preventing Errors and Re-work: Measuring your wall helps you identify any potential issues or obstacles in advance. It allows you to address challenges such as uneven walls, electrical outlets, or windows, ensuring that you have the necessary materials and tools to overcome these obstacles during installation.
